The good folks at Cask Days are at it again with the 5th Annual Cask-Conditioned IPA Challenge. Taking place on Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th at barVolo, this Toronto event will feature 32 cask-conditioned IPAs from 32 Ontario and Quebec breweries. Each beer will be served blind through gravity cask and will compete in heads-up, single elimination bracket tournaments. For $20 per four-hour session (three sessions in total complete the event), attendees have the opportunity to vote for their favourites in the matchups. As each beer is eliminated, its name will be revealed until four finalists are sifted out. The top four IPAs will compete in one final round at Cask Days in October. #ONCASK
