Getting Canada’s top TV-personalities and Toronto’s most talked-about socialites into one room, on a weeknight no less, is no easy feat. And yet, the CEO of the British luxury lingerie brand, Agent Provocateur, was able to do just that. From the hosts of The Social to the ladies of eTalk to the little femmes who get placed on the society pages, these familiar faces were all together to toast the opening – and do some shopping – at Agent Provocateur’s first standalone boutique on Bloor Street in Toronto.
Guests were greeted with a flute full of Moet, which was generously topped off throughout the evening. The setting? None other than the boutique, a luxurious boudoir-inspired emporium featuring built-in lingerie displays finished with classic baby pink and black colour ways. The staff were wearing the iconic pink house coats designed by Vivienne Westwood. They were on hand throughout the night to not only subtly pull out people’s picks of undergarments in their size, but also to help snap photos on the intimate crowds’ cells.
