Toronto’s Street Haven At The Crossroads is celebrating its commitment to helping women in need with an open house and a community barbecue! Street Haven is proudly Toronto’s first emergency women’s shelter and this event will commemorate its 50th anniversary. Here, guests will learn what amazing things Street Haven has done for the past 50 years, giving women the tools and resources needed to achieve their full potential. This will be a fun afternoon for the whole famjam, complete with delicious food, a DJ, live music (including a special performance from the Street Haven Choir), games, face painting, a caricature artist, remarks from community leaders, a photo booth, and more!
