Let’s get serious for a second, folks. Fish tacos are no joke here at the View the Vibe office; we never pass one up and we’ll draw blood for the last one on a plate (we’re that serious about ’em). So when we came across this magnificent creation we couldn’t resist the urge to share it with our lovely Vibers.
Made with either cod or blackened tilapia, cabbage, a (large) handful of cheese, soy sauce and sesame oil for an Asian kick, and topped with a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt, you really can’t go wrong with these tacos. Oh, and the honey-based sauce used in the recipe sounds absolutely divine. Needless to say, we’re going home tonight and making a fresh batch of these fish tacos. They make for great party food, too: they’re super easy to make, easier to eat, and you can be sure that you’ll take home the ‘Best Host Award’ for these babies.
