This, my friends, is called the 100-layer lasagna. Yes, you heard correct. One hundred layers of cheesy pasta goodness! Oh… and the best part is that this is 100 percent a real dish! It was recently added on celebrity chef Mario Batali’s Del Posto menu in New York City. If you didn’t have a good excuse to take a trip to New York, well, now you do!
