Ever since the rise of COVID-19, we’ve all been hearing a lot of the term, ‘self-isolation’. It’s just one of the many things we’ve been asked to do to help flatten the curve. Now don’t get us wrong, any type of isolation can be tough, but not if we happen to be stuck with the perfect isolation partner. And so, El Catrin is officially on the Hunt for Toronto’s #1 Partner in Isolation.

The Mexican restaurant is calling on all GTA residents to submit their 5-star reviews of their most hospitable isolation partners. It could be anyone in your life that’s making your days of isolation a little better, including a friend, family member, roommate or romantic partner.

The prize for the winning review is a $1,000 El Catrin gift card, to be redeemed when the restaurant opens back up.

This is the perfect opportunity to show gratitude to the people that are helping us get through these difficult days. El Catrin is looking to hearing about your warm and funny stories about your isolation partners, who’ve been with you over the past two months. How to Participate:

To nominate someone in the #1 Isolation Partner Contest, visit isolationreviews.com. Submissions are open from May 27 until June 18, 2020.

1. Who you should nominate: It can be your spouse, child, roommate, step-grandmother and/or your love. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. When do finalists get announced? The top 10 submissions will be announced on June 19th and you the public will be able to vote for your favourite submissions between June 19 and June 24.
