Set an Alarm

An easy way to go to sleep earlier is to set an alarm to remind yourself to go to bed. This is a simple, yet effective tip that can help you change your sleep habits. Set an alarm and hold yourself accountable for going to sleep when you hear the alarm.

Avoid Napping

If you have to get in a nap, make sure it’s no longer than 15 to 20 minutes.
