The LCBO is partnering with two industry experts to open a bar in Toronto.
With the holidays around the corner, you’re likely going to be out on the town celebrating with friends, family, and acquaintances. Around this season, social drinking is at an all-time high and our alcohol intake skyrockets! But just because you’re out at a party, doesn’t mean you need to drink to have fun.
While we’re not trying to be the fun police, we are totally on board for responsible drinking, something the LCBO is pushing at the new bar they are opening. But how does the LCBO, Ontario’s boozy haven, push responsible drinking by opening a bar? Well, by not serving alcohol, of course.
On Thursday, November 24th, the LCBO will be teaming up with some of some of Toronto’s finest industry experts to open Bar Zero. Located inside Church Aperitivo Bar, the LCBO is going to show visitors how to have a good time responsibly with 0% cocktails by BarChef‘s Frankie Solarik and delicious bites by Buca‘s Rob Gentile. While there won’t be any alcohol drinks, there will be tunes by DJ Feelgoodsmalls.
The event is 19+ and doors open from 8pm – 12am at 1090 Queen St. West. Get full event details here.
