On a hot summer day, there’s nothing more refreshing than a scoop of ice cream. Pair that with a fizzy, root beer and you’ve got yourself a winning combination! And what better way to enjoy a float than on National Root Beer Float Day? Take your float up a notch with a campfire inspired Mad Jack Hard Root Beer float.
Mad Jack S’mores Root Beer Float
What you Need
1 can chilled Mad Jack Premium Hard Root Beer
3 squares of chocolate
2 large marshmallows
2 graham crackers
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Step one: In a small bowl, melt 2 squares of chocolate in microwave
Step two: Use brûlée torch or barbecue lighter, torch marshmallows until charred and slightly melted; sandwich with remaining chocolate square between graham crackers
Step three: Pour Mad Jack Premium Hard Root Beer into a tall glass
Step four: Top with ice cream
Step five: Top with graham cracker sandwich. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Optional: For an extra chocolatey touch, rim glasses with additional melted chocolate and crushed graham crackers
