Last night, TIFF 2013 officially started, and if there was a theme to the night it was living legends meet rising super stars. Hollywood A-list hopeful Benedict Cumberbatch unveiled his highly anticipated Wikileaks movie The Fifth Estate, the official opening film of the festival. Not to be outdone by the next generation of superstars, Glenn Close, JoBeth Williams and Kevin Kline held fort at the anniversary screening of The Big Chill. Over at Ryerson Theatre, Mia Wasikowska and Tom Hiddleston heated things up on the red carpet for Only Lovers Left Alive. A fabulous first day of TIFF 2013, indeed!
