This week we open up our liquid passports and take a trip to one of our most missed wine regions – California.
California offers not only amazing wines for us to taste and savour, but the region is also truly committed to sustainable winegrowing. They have been adopting environmentally and socially responsible practices and are committed to ensuring the health of the entire ecosystem in which they live, breathe and survive – including the land, and the well-being of their surrounding communities and families for generations to come. This truly resonates with me (and I hope with you) because I know I can sip great wine and also do good for the planet at the same time.
