MARKET by Jean-Georges is set to take hungry Vancouverites on a unique culinary journey guaranteed to give their tastebuds a serious treat with a new multi-course menu loaded with Southeast Asian offerings.
To help do this, Vancouver’s MARKET by Jean-Georges is set to welcome NYC-based Executive Chef Anthony Ricco (a part of Spice Market restaurant for 9 years) as he gets ready to spice things up in the kitchen alongside Chef de Cuisine Montgomery Lau. Together, the two will work to marry Spice Market menus with the finest and freshest produce from the west coast.

Everything from shrimp dumplings to Yellowfin tuna to lobster and shiitake mushroom sauce are on the special menu and already has us feeling hungry. This new, limited-run menu is all about casually gathering around the table, family-style, as dishes come out continuously throughout the meal, placed at the center for all to share.
Lest we forget to mention that the special Spice Market menu will be complimented by a selection of cocktails inspired by the restaurant itself… Look for drinks infused with Thai basil and grapefruit bitters, or sip their signature Rum Tamarind Punch in between bites.
