Get in the mood for the holidays by stopping by one of Toronto’s many Christmas markets. This year, there are tons of new kids on the block, including a much-hyped market in Yorkville.
From new restaurants like Bar Reyna and Caplansky’s to major developments like Yorkville Village (formerly Hazelton Lanes) and boutiques like Christian Louboutin, Yorkville has seen some big changes over the course of 2016. And to draw in the crowds and bring attention to the ever-evolving neighborhood, Yorkville is spreading the season’s cheer by hosting their very own Holiday Market.

From today until December 22nd, visitors can stop by The Holiday Market, located in The Lane, found off Yorkville Avenue beside the Hazelton Hotel, and on the concourse level of the newly renovated Yorkville Village.
There, shoppers can find lush holiday trees and wreaths by Teatro Verde Greens Market, gifts from the Brika Pop-Up Shop and local vendors like Petite Etoile, Reynah Armure, and Lindo F.

In terms of entertainment, each day brings something different. Visitors can expect ice dancing performances, a personalized ornament station, Nutcracker Ballet Remix performances, yoga and a spa pop-up with mini facials and more by Equinox, plus more.
And because it’s the season of giving, Yorkville Village has partnered with The Hospital of Sick Children (SickKids) to help raise fund for the hospital through many of the activities in the market.
