The tell-all Scientology documentary Going Clear has stirred up a lot of talk about a church that is equally as known for its strange practices as it is a hangout for celebrities. A film exposé has been a long time coming, with Katie Holmes escaping in the middle of the night and 30-year devout Scientologist and actress Leah Remini being shunned after asking questions about a disappearing person. It’s all a bit wacky and shrouded in mystery, but the star factor has always held the public intrigue.
