Especially since it’s Nashville-style fried chicken in Toronto. You’re probably thinking that there’s already a long list of existing places, but one more probably won’t hurt, right? You’ll have the chance to check it out soon for yourself, with the restaurant set to open this week.
Penny’s Fried Chicken in Toronto
One of the first things to choose right away at Penny’s Hot Chicken is how spicy you want your meal to be. The level goes from Plain Jane (Almost no heat) to No Georgie! (Don’t do it!) when it comes to the spice metre. In between there’s ones like Medium (It’s got a kick), Hot (Welcome to Nashville), Pennywise (Scary hot) and more.
Sandwiches, Sides and Platters
There are three options for sandwiches available, the spiciest one being Penny’s Classic. If you want one with some honey in it instead, you can opt for the Sweet Daisy. There’s different fries as well, including loaded fries, crinkle fries and waffle fries. The platters are available for anywhere between for two people to six people.
