The seasons hit different when you’re at Canada’s Wonderland, thanks to the cool array of fun events and activities to do. This summer is no different, with the theme park introducing something new on a much larger scale: a two-level restaurant! The key location will help give a good view too, as it overlooks Frontier Canada.

Lazy Bear Lodge at Canada’s Wonderland
The architecture and look of the restaurant is a reflection of the wilderness, made with natural materials. This includes flagstone, wood and granite. Indoor seating will be available on both the floors at a capacity of 500. You’ll also be able to soak in patio season with the spacious deck outside, which even has a natural gas firepit. In addition to a 16-feet-tall fireplace feature, you can expect to see indoor fireplaces too.
A big question is of course, what’s on the menu? The entire list of dishes hasn’t been revealed yet, but there’ll be a grill section for sure. Some of the items mentioned for now are the Lazy Bear Spice-Rubbed Wellington County Smoked Beef Brisket and Bradford Bay Smoked BBQ Chicken, along with Catch of the Day. A separate selection of drinks will be available as well.
Staying true to the name, Lazy Bear Lodge, the area will also feature more than 15 black bear statues. An exact opening date hasn’t been announced yet, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!
