Customers can expect a varying selection of drinks and Mexican street food items. As the name suggests, one of the signature beverages that will be served is mezcal. This alcoholic drink is made specifically from maguey, which falls under the agave species of plants. Mezcal is native to Mexico, with majority of it produced in Oaxaca. Additionally, they’ll also be offering tequila and various cocktail concoctions.
Tapas are going to be one of the main highlights on the menu, the entirety of which hasn’t been released yet. As for the space itself, the location will have a raised patio which can house about 80 guests at once. DJ nights, music, performances are also going to be present, coupled with after-dinner services on a reservation basis.
Mezcalero will open at 509 Bloor Street West, although a date has yet to be announced. You can follow them on Instagram for all the latest updates.
