Want to travel to a summer wonderland without having to leave The 6ix? The new picnic garden pop-up coming to Toronto this month lets you do just that. You read that right folks. It’s all the summer, picnic and good food vibes rolled into one. And the pop-up is quite aptly named: Let’s Do Summer.

Let’s Do Summer
So what can visitors expect at this garden pop-up? Situated at 621 Richmond Street W., Let’s Do Summer will be serving an array of delectable foods and beverages. The outdoor space is also a visual treat, with its flowers, painted walls, garden pathway, BBQ pits and so much more. The pop-up is hosted by the same team behind Fall N’ Leaves and Sweaters N’ Snowflakes.
As for the menu, items include summer-themed dishes like fresh lettuce wraps, mixed berry poutine, campfire poutine, summer citrus tacos and BBQ meats. They also have innovative soft serves like Street Corn Soft Serve In A Coconut. Drinks featured are juices and lemonades. Customers can also try out cocktails and even schedule wine tastings as part of the experience.
The picnic garden pop-up opens on July 16 and will be operating until August 2. No tickets are required for general entry, but visitors have to purchase tickets for the events like wine tastings, flower pot painting sessions which are held at the location.
