The brand initially started out as a food truck, serving a wide variety of yogurt flavours, filled with Asian ingredients. This features items like Taiwanese gluten-free whole oats, purple rice, red dates and different fruits like lychee and dragon fruit. The storefront location will showcase these flavour combinations as well along with new additions.
The menu will be split into Kome Classic Yogurts, Modern Kome Yogurts, Kome Teagurts, and Fresh Fruit Yogurts. And the speakeasy lounge at the back of the store will be serving yogurt-based cocktails. How to access it? All you have to do is walk through a vending machine door that will be set up near the entrance.
Much like yogurts, the cocktails will also comprise of Asian influences and flavours. There will also be beverages without the presence of yogurt in them, should customers wish to opt for that instead. The yogurt bar with a speakeasy is expected to open next year on January 7.
