Fundraising for Sickkids
Established in 1972, SickKids Foundation raises funds on behalf of SickKids and is the largest charitable funder of child health research, learning and care in Canada. The funds raised will be used to support a valuable research project that aims to eliminate brain damage in newborns with congenital heart disease (CHD). All funds raised by the All-Star Gala will be matched in full by a grant from the Canadian Institute for Health Research (CIHR) essentially doubling the money raised and making a huge impact on the foundation.
