As the city’s innovative culinary industry continues to thrive, it’s not surprising that new concepts are always opening up. This time around, it’s brought to The 6ix by LA-based hospitality group, Noble 33. Their newest project is Casa Madera, of which the first location is set to open next month. This will be an addition to the Mexican cuisine scene in Toronto.

Mexican Cuisine Scene In Toronto
The restaurant will be situated adjacent to 1 Hotel Toronto. This is not only Casa Madera’s first location, but also the first restaurant opening for the Noble 33 group in Canada. The space will offer a unique take on the traditional flavours of Mexican food, inspired by the elements of air, water, earth and fire. The dishes themselves will draw from various parts of the world, blending in French and Mediterranean styles of cooking.
The menu is set to offer a diverse range of options to cater to everyone. Vegan, gluten-free, keto and vegetarian choices will all be available. Local and organic ingredients are taking centre stage, with plenty of herbs grown in-house. The beverage menu is set to be just as unique and creative as well, helmed by Beverage Curator, Carla Lorenzo.
Each of the drinks will also have fresh ingredients, with numerous items to choose from. This newest spot for Mexican cuisine in Toronto is expected to open on April 5. The team is already accepting reservations ahead of the opening day, and you can book your spot here.
