If you’re a Torontonian looking for woodworking or gardening tools, it’s likely you’ve paid a visit to Lee Valley Tools. The store, located at 1275 Morningside Ave, has officially closed its doors meaning there are no more Lee Valley Tools left in The 6ix.

Lee Valley Tools
The last Lee Valley Tools in Toronto has closed due to increasing lease costs that made it impossible to continue operating according to the Lee Valley website. If this was your go-to shop, don’t worry because there are other locations that offer same-day delivery to the GTA from Vaughn and Burlington. There are also locations in Windsor, Waterloo, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Kingston and London.
Although disappointing, the site says that they are looking into opening new locations in Toronto and across the country. The Scarborough location has been closed since December 24th 2021 and the downtown location closed its doors 9 months ago after 15 years of operation.
Founded in 1978, Lee Valley is a Canadian family-owned business that sells everything from tools and hardware to gardening supplies and kitchen products!
