Spring, is that you?! After months and months of crappy weather, the sun has finally come out of hiding and there’s officially warmth in the air. During our endless winter I was so pale (and not by choice!) that people thought I was Caucasian even though I have a South Asian background. (Yeah, I was that pale.)
Now that my face has been graced with the sun’s Vitamin D, I feel it’s officially time to get rid of my paleness and amp up my South Asian skin tone by rocking a healthy bronzed and chiseled beauty look. Oh yeah, “bronzed and chiseled” is my spring beauty mantra. And the perfect product to help me achieve this look is none other than the new Nars Matte Multiple in Vientiane. What’s great about the Nars Matte Multiple is that the stick applicator truly helps me chisel out my cheeks. I swipe the Multiple in the hollows of my cheeks and then use my fingers to blend and sheer out the colour, giving me some modelesque cheekbones. The creamy texture always leaves my face looking flawless and airbrushed, never streaky. I also use the Multiple to define the crease on my eyelids – it’s multipurpose, baby.
These Multiple sticks come in a variety of shades in both matte and glitter finishes and can be used on your cheeks, eyes and lips – perfect for women who are always on the go. Though these guys come with a hefty price tag, you can be sure that because of its multipurpose usage you’ll definitely get more bang for your buck. Plus, you don’t need to use a lot of product to get the perfect look.
Nars Matte Multiples are available at Sephora in-stores and online for $46.
