That’s why we’re focusing not on the over-famed places. We’re not falling in line with every other Best New Restaurants list out there. Because “the best” is subjective. Instead, we want to share Our Favourite New Restaurants of 2013. These are the spots that opened that have left a mark in our minds, whether it be because of their delectable dishes or their grand aesthetic, their hospitality or their mixologists’ makings. These aren’t going to be the same restaurants on every other list you’ve read. These are the restaurants whose vibes send chills down our spines… and that’s why we’re celebrating them.
