While wedding season is starting to wind down, there’s still reason to celebrate. The brand behind the world’s most-pinned wedding dress is about to open a stunning showroom right here in Toronto.
Aussie brand Grace Loves Lace is recognized worldwide for its beautifully designed, comfortable and accessibly-priced gowns that are all handmade in the land Down Under. The new Toronto showroom, the brand’s first in Canada, is set to open its doors on August 26 in the historic Distillery District. That’s not all because the location is a stunning glass atrium which is the first of its kind for the brand.

“When we started discussing launching to a new country, we knew Canada was ‘the one’. We receive around 100 enquiries a month from our Canadian brides-to-be wanting to see, touch and try on their dream GRACE gown – so the launch in Toronto was a no-brainer for us,” said Founder and Creative Director, Megan Ziems in a release.
The direct-to-consumer retailer rose to international fame after its Hollie 2.0 Dress was pinned over 2.5 million times on Pinterest. Due to the insane popularity, Grace Loves Lace focused on a bricks and mortar plan with this Toronto location marking their 17th showroom around the world.
The vibe inside, you ask? While most bridal salons can feel intimidating, stuffy, and well, a bit boring, Grace Loves Lace aims to break that mold. “It’s very important to us that our guests feel as though they’re arriving ‘home’ and being greeted by an old friend, rather than walking into a traditional bridal boutique,” said Ziems.
The brand is the exclusive bridal brand in the Distillery District’s charming shopping promenade and the space will stay true to the District’s blend of industrial architecture and unique design.
The showroom will be located at 39 Parliament Street.
