Café Boulud’s Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Trosien and guest Chef Michael Hunter of Toronto-based restaurant Antler, are coming together for an exclusive event, By The Books. The event will be taking place on September 30, where guests are invited to enjoy a collaborative dinner featuring a four-course menu. The tickets are priced at $120 CAD per person excluding tax and gratuity.
By The Books will be the second intimate dining event hosted at Café Boulud since it reopened its doors in August. And of course, the safety of each guest will be the top priority for the hotel team.
Each of the guests will receive a temperature check, which is part of the Four Seasons’ Lead With Care health and safety program. With leading technological tools on hand, the initiative is aimed at delivering the utmost care and comfort to all the guests and employees.
