When we say that September is the month of exciting culinary events, we’re not kidding around. One such event is with Toronto’s very own celebrity chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud, who is making a return to Café Boulud and Four Seasons Hotel Toronto for the first time since 2019. And it’s for a special dinner in partnership with world-renowned Champagne house Maison Ruinart.

The dinner will comprise of a four-course prix-fixe menu curated by Chef Daniel and the Café Boulud team. Each dish is designed to be enjoyed along with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs or Ruinart Rosé Champagne. The menu will feature an unique and exquisite collection of dishes. This includes a Kataifi crusted sole filet with squash and chorizo cream.
Guests will also be enjoy Spiced Duck breast with braised celery heart and Spinach Subric, and Lingonberry Jus. End the meal on a sweet note with Araguani chocolate profiteroles. These are accompanied by Hennessy XO ice cream.
At this special event, Maison Ruinart is also going to reveal their second skin case. With a prime focus on sustainability, the case is made of entirely 100% natural wood fibres. The one-of-a-kind dinner event with celebrity Chef Daniel Boulud is set to take place on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
Seating is limited and reservations can be made via phone call or online. It’s priced at $290 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuity.
