The 6ix is home to a variety of restaurants that cater to all sorts of cuisines under the sun. The latest to join that list is Montreal-based shawarma chain, Boustan. The Lebanese joint is known for their traditional flavours and authentic taste of Middle-Eastern food.

Boustan
The restaurant has been a staple in Montreal since 1986, and it currently has over 40 locations. The Toronto branch is their first one in the GTA, with plans to expand later this year. The menu highlights a selection of shawarmas, salads, sharable plates, starters and entrees.

When it comes to the shawarma, guests can choose from different fillings. Whether you’re looking for falafel, vegetarian, chicken, beef, kofta, or a mix. How does a plate of kebab sound? They’ve got you covered with brochette chicken, beef, or kofta kebab, along with a serving of rice.
The Toronto location of the Montreal-based shawarma chain can be found at 2074 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough and they’re open daily from 11am – 11pm. Boustan is also available for delivery and takeout on all major delivery platforms.
