Cà Phê Rang
The collaboration is a tribute to both chefs’ years of friendship and passion for Vietnamese food. They’ve worked on numerous projects together but this is their first time jointly opening a restaurant. The menu offers a selection of traditional and classic Vietnamese dishes from phở (noodle soup) to bánh mì.
The noodle soup comes in different flavours, including sliced rare beef, brisket, and beef and brisket. For the bánh mì, you can choose from pork, prawn cake, brisket and more. Another highlight of the menu is their spring rolls (prawn roll, shiitake mushroom, sausage roll).
This new Vietnamese restaurant In Toronto is located at 147 Spadina Avenue, Unit 109. They’re open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am – 3pm and 4:30pm – 9pm.
