The number of restaurant openings in the 6ix seems to be on the high and we couldn’t be more thrilled. With the food scene making a gradual return to normalcy, it’s no surprise that we’re seeing new openings and concepts. The latest addition to the list is the city’s newest spot for Greek cuisine.

Cafe Santorini
The restaurant serves a selection of traditional and authentic Greek eats. This includes gyros, souvlakis, fava and more. You can also find dishes like Grilled Salmon Fillet, lamb chops and sausage.
Cafe Santorini also brings in a flavour of Italy to their Greek cuisine. They serve Cousin Tony’s Pizza which is also located at Jane Street. The topping options come with ham, trio of cheeses, zucchini and pineapple among many others. If you’re more of a pasta person, not to worry because they have got that sorted as well.
The late-night experience offered at the restaurant is what sets it apart. The colourful lighting and aesthetic provide the perfect getaway for a late-night adventure. And of course, customers can also have a wide selection of drinks and slushies.
Cafe Santorini is open Tuesday to Thursday from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m., Friday until 11 p.m. and weekends from 11:30 a.m.
