Be honest… We are all waiting for the release of Daft Punk’s new album, Random Access Memories. For all the anxious audiophiles out there, The Dynamic Duo of French DJs decided to release a few snippets from some of their latest tracks, including the first single, “Get Lucky.” No need to say it, but the same anxious audiophiles took advantage of said snippets and wasted no time in adding their own vibe to the precious seconds. Skillful artists like Vanderway from L’ordre created a masterful mix of the new Daft Punk selections, full of the prodigious taste required for a funky cover. With fat bass and a few strumming guitars going along perfectly to the beat, if you can’t wait for the new Daft Punk album to drop on May 20th, enjoy this bumping cover and play it over again, and again…

Pharrell Williams and Daft Punk – a seemingly scintillating combination for a DJ’s mix. And yet, nobody thought about it earlier. Let your mind go away with one of the best remixes of “Get Lucky” that the web has seen since the official version of the new Daft Punk song featuring Pharrell Williams was release on April 18th. Maim Ixed created this wicked remix, and, using a talented display of voice modulation, made Pharrell’s voice sound almost like the King of Pop, Michael Jackson – adding of a few “He-hee’s ” and “Wooo’s” along the way.
Have a look at the collaborators behind Random Access Memories, the new album from Daft Punk. This week, episode 4 with Pharrell Williams.
