Calling all shoe addicts! Aldo’s new Fall Collection is coming out and it features everything from chunky lug soles, western-inspired boots, flared block heels, architectural stilettos, and Y2K-inspired styles in electrifying colours. The fashion trends in the 2000s might have been tacky but now that their back we know how to incorporate them in a more sophisticated manner.
For their new collection, Aldo is introducing their Pillow Talk technology. This technology is designed using molded foam and padded insoles which are strategically placed at the ball and heel of the foot to secure and cushion in place. With the extra cushioning you can skip the break-in period and start rocking your new shoes right away.
Here are a few of our favourites from the collection:
Mary Janes
With Y2K trends making comeback platform heels have made a resurgence. Aldo is bringing back the iconic Mary Jane strappy retro sandal and stiletto. Not only did we see Mary Janes on the characters in Euphoria this year but Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted rocking them as well. If you want to hop on this trend Aldo is offering a variety of styles with vibrant colours and studded embellishments.
Patent Platforms
Gothcore was a trend in the 2000s and now it’s back. Platform boots are a huge part of this trend and were spotted on the fall/winter 2022 runways. Singer Oliva Rodrigo and model Hailey Bieber were also seen rocking the style. With Aldo’s selection of boots, there’s something for everyone. You can choose from architectural heels, second skin designs, and netted silhouettes. They also offer croc-embossed and snake heels, and monochromatic tones.
Booties
Of course, it wouldn’t be a fall collection without booties. Everyone’s fall wardrobe needs a good pair of booties. A new pair of booties just might be what you need to elevate your fall wardrobe and you just might find one from Aldo’s new fall collection.
All styles will be available on Aldoshoes.com starting in late July, with tiered drops through to November.
