Animal Flow – Movement & Strength Pop Up in The Annex

Inspired by energetic “Vinyasa” style practice, the powerful one-day mind-body workout offers a balanced approach to strengthening exercises and yoga so you can do more of what you love. Your mind and body will move as one, powered by your breath and inspired by the beat.

Animal Flow gives you the opportunity to train all of the different abilities of the human body, like strength, endurance, power, flexibility, balance, mobility, and coordination, while most fitness workouts only result in one or two of these attributes.
