Bootcamps For Change is joining forces with our favourite kickass studio Elle Fitness to bring you an Elle-vated Sunday in which we’ll get to burn, brunch, and benefit. Who said self care was selfish?
What You’re In For:
- Your choice of bootcamp: strength or cardio (c/o @alessiasculpt)
- Meditation led by the pros at @myHoame, a Toronto-based meditation studio
- Post workout brunch treats & eats
- Mimosa & Protein Coffee Bar @brustbevco
- Swag bags
- Bring your squad (bfs, bros, bro friends included)!
Don’t let the name fool you- their workouts may be tough as females but are not solely for them. Everyone is welcome – ladies and lads alike.

ABOUT BOOTCAMPS FOR CHANGE
We are Bootcamps for Change. Originally a Toronto based community, we help in-shelter fitness programming for youth. We plan to expand Canada-wide and break barriers with improved physical health, mental health & resilience.
We have launched a scholarship program to fund fitness certifications for youth experiencing homelessness. Then we hire them to help our programs to their peers.
