Café Boulud Female-Chef Dominated Dinner with Gavin Kaysen

The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is highlighting female culinary talent at their Café Boulud. Café Boulud is welcoming back Gavin Kaysen. He is a James Beard winner and former Culinary Director for Café Boulud Toronto, New York and Palm Beach. All under the tutelage of Chef Daniel Boulud, for a one-night-only dining experience.
Gavin brings three Minneapolis chefs with him to collaborate on this memorable six-course dinner. In a female-dominated brigade, the lineup includes:
Jamie Malone
Chef and owner of Grand Cafe. Her accolades include Food & Wine Best New Chef, 2018 Food & Wine Best New Restaurant and Food & Wine 2018 Dish of the Year.

Ann Kim
Chef and owner of Young Joni, Pizzeria Lola and Hello Pizza. Her years of frequenting corner pizza shops while studying at New York’s Columbia University inspired her to bring great pizza to Minnesota.
Diane Yang
Award-winning executive pastry chef of Gavin’s own Spoon & Stable. She will create desserts to end dinner on the sweetest of notes.
With many James Beard nominations among them, these three rising stars are leading a new wave of female chefs and restaurateurs in the industry.
The event will run alongside a photography exhibit showcasing women in film and television. This dinner is part of a month-long initiative by the Hotel to celebrate women.
