Join Estrella Damm for Gastronomy Congress: A Journey to Joan Roca Cuisine from El Celler de Can Roca. It’s a one-of-a-kind event that features top culinary personalities from around the world. In Toronto, Chef Joan Roca will conduct a live cooking demonstration followed by a discussion about modern gastronomy with Chef Grant van Gameren.
ABOUT CHEF JOAN ROCA
Roca is the chef-owner of El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain. In 2013 and 2015, El Celler de Can Roca was named the World’s Best Restaurant. Chef Joan Roca will headline Toronto’s first-ever public Gastronomy Congress.
