Starting October 28th, Corin De Sousa (Mindful Awareness) will be facilitating a free 8-week online mindfulness program for adult learners.
Mindful Living Program: Improve your overall well-being with mindful techniques and reflective writing.
- The start date is October 28th – December 16th, 2021
- Thursdays 3 – 4 PM on Zoom
Adult learners: are a diverse group with varied educational backgrounds and skills who are typically looking to upgrade their qualifications to pursue further education, obtain better employment outcomes, or participate more fully in society.
- Adults 19+ who can Speak English
- An Ontario Resident with SIN Number
- Has Computer + Email Address + Internet
