ONGAKU is a three day festival dedicated to celebrate Japan and Canada's contemporary and experimental music. The festival will feature guest artists Miyama McQueen-Tokita, Ko Ishikawa, Ami Yamasaki and Akiko Nakayama as well as Toronto-based Urban vessel featuring Germaine Liu, Aki Takahashi  and Sonja Rainey. It will also showcase world premieres by Canadian composers such as Juliet Palmer, Daryl Jamieson and Hiroki Tsurumoto, as well as new worlds by Yuka Shibuya, Takeo Hoshiya, Toshiya Watanabe.
