Oretta’s Italian Truffle Tasting Series

King West’s Oretta invites you to experience the versatility and depth of truffles with a live cooking demo and a 5-course dinner meal, paired with Oretta’s exclusive wine selection. Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. and will include white truffle and Parmigiana risotto, braised rabbit on soft polenta and Italian meringue with truffle pastry cream to name a few. Enjoy an evening of Italian inspired food and wine while discovering the many ways to prepare truffles.
