One of this springs highly anticipated events is just around the corner. The 20th edition of Power Ball, an innovative and unique art installation, will roll out its annual party. In collaboration with Toronto’s Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery, this evening will fuse art, music, food, fashion and society to give you the ultimate experience.

Guests can expect a night to remember. The Power Ball kicks off with a red carpet welcome including food installations from Bompas & Parr (the real like Willy Wonkas) and CXBO Chocolates. This will allow guests to interact with their food in a way that’s never been seen before. Shortly after, everyone will make their way through the art installations that will be anything from intrusive balloons to a hyper-stimulating technicolor room by renowned artist Dominique Petrin and more. Dinner is also included by leading Toronto restaurants Kungfu Dawg, Zebu Steak + Bar and Oyster Boy.

    Art & Designers

One of the many highlights to look forward to is the presenting sponsor Max Mara’s showcase of their Fall/Winter 2018 collection. This unique fashion show will present the brand’s Italian craftsmanship, heritage and an iconic style expose. Guests will have the ability to interact with the designers, artists and musicians who have all played a pivotal role in creating the Powe Ball. The event will close with its silent auction that includes everything from curated vacations to unique dining experiences.

The Power Plant is proud of their fundraising initiatives that make it possible to continue to celebrate and showcases Toronto’s artistic spirit and contributions. It is the leading non-collecting gallery in Canada that supports the way for contemporary arts through publications, funding and exhibitions.     (See below for more details)
