Pride Toronto Parade
June 23, 2019 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
FreePride Toronto expects everyone to behave with openness, respect, and support. After all, the Pride Parade is not only about Pride in Toronto’s LGBTTIQQ2SA community, but celebrating diversity and the variety of life in Toronto while respecting differences amongst its citizens and visitors, and creating an inclusive experience for all.
The parade will kick off at 2 pm this Sunday, June 23
Celebrating 50 years of global marches, thousands will be marching tall and proud in one of the largest pride parades in North America, with the over 200 groups joining together for the event.
The non-stop energy will be fueled by a variety of floats, performances, and plenty of glitter.
It will begin on the corner of Church Street and Bloor Street and end off at the TD MainStage at Yonge-Dundas Square.
Here’s the full Pride Toronto Parade route:
Apart from the parade, other pride events you can experience this weekend are the Dyke March—a rally at Church and Hayden on Saturday, as well as Family Pride, bringing lots of all ages programming like sports, crafts, and face painting on the grounds of Church Street Public School on Saturday and Sunday.
