Chef Mark McEwan is collaborating with one of Toronto’s classiest events of the year, the Rosé picnic. The picnic will be held at the newly restored Hotel X located at Stanley Barracks and will provide guests with an experience to remember. Celebrity chefs, DJs, contests, and of course –premium rosé is what you can expect from this annual picnic. Every guest will receive a break-free wine glass for outdoor enjoyment and the first 100 guest to arrive will receive a complimentary pink picnic blanket.

Tickets range from $30-$50. (Early Birds sold out)

VIP tickets range from $1500 to $5000.

Food & Drinks:

Chef Mark McEwan will bring you highlights from his two staple restaurants Bymark’s infamous burger and ONE Restaurant’s crispy tacos. The event will also include Pizza Romanam, served with al taglio, from Fabbrica Restaurant, courtesy of chefs Andrew Ellerby & Brooke McDougall. This pizza is renowned for its thick yet soft and springy crust that can stand up to a multitude of toppings.

For guests who enter the VIP section, they can expect chef Sash Simpson of North 44 to cater menu selections from appetizers and large sharing platters.

These signature restaurants will be present all day.

The festival’s featured rosé wines include Hogwash Rosé from Napa Valley and Moet & Chardon Rosé Champagne among other premium wines, beers and cocktails.

The Venue:

Hotel X is one of Toronto’s newest and most sought places to spend the evening. It has an extraordinary view of the Toronto skyline and is located by the waterfront. The Rosé picnic will transform the hotel into a pink and white lavish venue for the day. Guests will be able to enjoy their day in this stylish and unique venue.

Activities:

To create the perfect ambiance, Canada’s top DJ’s, Mark Oliver, iKhan and Tom Wrecks will all be playing at the event. Guests can also look forward to the bocce ball set up in the Games Garden along with make-up touch-ups by Lancôme and mini-manicures at the featured nail bar. There will also be a fashion show during the all the day picnic and a Peller Estates flower wall for the perfect photos of the evening.

Further Details:

Last year, The Rosé Picnic has 1,500 guests and is expecting an even higher guest count for their second annual event this August. They have also partnered up with Feeding Canadian Kids charity to donate $2.50 from each sold ticket. This organization provides meals for all children in need.
