We might be nearing the end of summer but there are also plenty of exciting events to be thrilled about. Especially in the world of food and all its varieties. And next month, you can experience some amazing plant-based and vegetarian food. That’s right, Toronto’s annual Veg Food Fest is returning next month for one day only!

Veg Food Fest
The event is brought to you by the Toronto Vegetarian Association and it has been an occurrence since 1984. This time around, the festival will be taking place at Locomotive Hall at the Steam Whistle Brewery. Visitors can get food from a multitude of vendors and enjoy their meal at Roundhouse Park nearby. This is also one of North America’s largest celebrations of vegetarian food.
The vendors list comprises of bakeries, fast-food joints, restaurants, dessert shops and more. Some of the vendors include Bloomer’s, Apiecalypse Now!, Offbeet Kitchen, Parka and so many more. Along with the in-person event, there will also be having a lineup of virtual programming.
The festival is set to take place on September 11, 2021 from 12 pm – 5 pm. Oh, and did we mention that admission is for free? The tickets can be selected based on the time frame of your choice. Registrations can be done online here.
