Established in 2013, the company currently has three locations in Florence. It was founded by Patrick Hoffer and award-winning barista Francesco Sanapo. They are known in Italy for their selection of coffees from different parts of the world. The cafes also feature a bar, with a special emphasis on gin.
Their most popular and the signature one is Peter in Florence. Founded by co-founder Hoffer, it contains a mix of 14 botanicals, with flavours of that of the iris and juniper plants being the most highlighted. The Toronto location will host the bar as well and include drinks made with this gin.
The famous Italian cafe is planning to welcome customers to its Toronto location in the first half of 2022. It’s going to be at the The Harlowe building on Garment District at Richmond Street West and Bathurst Street West.
