If you’re a fan of having ice cream with your coffee, then you don’t want to miss out on the city’s new ice cream brand. While they’re not available in stores yet, you can find them at two of Toronto’s cafes, Field Trip and Saving Gigi. Having launched earlier this year, the brand creates small batch ice creams and sorbets.

Rosa Ines Ice Cream
Customers can find a delicious selection of flavours on the menu. This includes Strawberry Meringue, Caramel Peanut Pretzel, Pistachio and Chocolate Fudge Cake. They also serve two plant-based options so far, which are Vegan Cookies and Cream and Vegan Ube Coconut. And that’s not all. You can even make suggestions to customize and make your own flavours.
Something else that makes Rosa Ines is the fact that ice-cream is made fresh only after the order is placed. Which means it’s all via preorder and takes about three days to receive the requested flavours. Customers can also find half pints for $6 at either of the cafes if they don’t want to order a whole pint from Rosa Ines directly.
Along with finding them at the cafes, you can preorder using the online form on their Instagram page. Pick-ups can be done at Field Trip or Saving Gigi. They also offer delivery through Uber Connect.
