This Sunday, February 23rd, Nadege Patisserie will be revamping your average and conservative croissants into something absolutely spectacular (and far from taditional) at their one-day only Croissunday Funday event. From squid ink (yes, you read that correctly) and apple strudel croissants to beer (this week features Bellwoods Beer) and matcha green tea ones, chef Nadege Nourian will be filling her famous croissants with surprising and impressive flavours. Here at View the Vibe, we’re always looking for innovative food so we definitely couldn’t pass up the opportunity to feature these gourmet croissants in this week’s #FoodPornFriday. We have a feeling that once we try these artistic buttery pastries, it’ll be hard to go back to the plain ol’ croissants!
Croissunday will be featured in both their Queen St. and Yonge St. locations, so don’t forget to pop in and grab one (or three) of these creative croissants!
