Tossed in Saikyo butter, which is a combination of whipping Saikyo miso and butter, and seasoned with a brilliant Sansho-Togarashi salt – a blend of sansho, 7 spice, salt, dried lime zest, black and white goma (sesame seeds) – this ain’t your average backyard BBQ grilled corn!
