Every Asian Heritage Month highlights the importance of supporting and showcasing contributions from the Asian community. No matter the industry, Asians continue to make their mark. And now, as the month draws to a close, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and Yorkville’s Aburi Hana want to remind Torontonians that the support should be ongoing. Four Seasons and Aburi Hana have joined forces to create an exclusive Afternoon Tea tower.
The unique partnership between the two is a stunning blend of modern French fare and the elegance of Japanese cuisine. The menu is set to feature both savoury and sweet treats.
The collection has been curated by Sous Chef Horacio Macias Leon and Pastry Sous Chef Kevin Levionnois. From the Aburi Hana team, it’s Executive Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa and Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi.
This one-of-a-kind meal will be available from Friday, May 28 through Sunday, May 30, 2021. Priced at $90, the orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. It is available for pick-up from Friday to Sunday from Four Seasons at between 12pm and 7:30pm.
