This year is shaping up to be yet another year of stunning culinary collaborations. An exciting one for the month is between the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and the local gourmet emporium, Cheese Boutique. Sounds like a match made in heaven, right? The two have partnered up to offer an exclusive Afternoon Tea experience.

What makes this Afternoon Tea so special? For one, it most certainly calls out to any and all cheese-lovers. Each of the unique savoury and sweet items aim to highlight cheese-forward ingredients that are sure to take your tastebuds on a delectable trip. The menu is designed by Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Trosien (Café Boulud) and Operator, Owner and Cheese Master Afrim Pristine (Cheese Boutique).
Items on the menu include Smoked Salmon Quiche, Walnut & Morbier Tartlette, Mini Croque Madame and more. Scones have also made an appearance in this one-of-a-kind collaboration. It features a new variety of flavours like fig and mimolette.
Priced at $75 per person plus taxes, the Afternoon Tea experience is available for pick up from July 16 – July 18, while quantities last. Customers can place orders online here for pick up between 12:00pm and 7:30pm. The orders have to be placed 24 hours in advance of the selected time for pick up at 60 Yorkville Avenue.
