Accor Hospitality Group has launched a new digital advertising campaign that features Neil Patrick Harris, who teaches travellers how to be a ‘real person’ again after over a year spent under a pandemic regimen. Using his signature humour and style, Harris shows consumers how to master the art of ‘acting human’ in today’s new normal with light-hearted etiquette lessons based on travel-related themes such as Dressing, Planning, Greetings, Small Talk and Relaxing.
“We are thrilled to partner with Neil Patrick Harris for this new campaign. Coming off of
a challenging year, we saw an opportunity to engage with people in a thoughtful, fun,
lighthearted manner,” said Jeff Doane, Chief Commercial Officer, North & Central
America, Accor. “We know everyone is in a different place in terms of their comfort level

The Get Real With Neil Campaign
The Get Real With Neil campaign is being used to promote Accord’s summer savings program, Get Real- Experience it ALL, which offers savings on hotels around the world such as Fairmont, Swissôtel, Sofitel and Banyan Tree. Using a comedic approach, the campaign is set to help ease guests back into the real world and into travelling. The campaign, which is now live and will run until September 6, 2021, will host all video content, new tutorials released bi-weekly and is available for viewing on the microsite ALLgetsreal.com.
“I have always loved and appreciated great hotels and the amazing hospitality
experiences that travel provides, so partnering with Accor was a natural fit given the
brand recognition and presence they have globally,” said Harris. “This campaign will
hopefully inspire and bring new energy to the idea of travelling again, but with a sense
of play, and with a bit of humour and a smile.”
